1. Warranty Overview
At ZERØ, your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us. Our warranty complements your rights under EU consumer protection laws, including Directive 2019/771 and Directive 2011/83/EU. This warranty outlines what’s covered for both personal and professional use of our products.
- All ZERØ products used in non-commercial environments are backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing and component defects under normal use.
- When used in business or commercial settings, products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty.
🧊 Note: Units used near coastal areas (within 20 km of the sea) are prone to corrosion. Warranty does not cover rust or corrosion caused by coastal exposure unless you’ve taken preventive steps with our guidance. Reach us at: contact@zerorituals.com
2. Warranty Conditions
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this warranty applies solely to private/residential use.
- If a product fails, ZERØ will repair or replace it free of charge. After 90 days, we may use professionally refurbished parts for replacements.
- Labor and service call fees are not part of this warranty.
- Any improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications can void the warranty.
3. Submitting a Warranty Claim
- If your product develops a fault within 1 year, you may assume it was defective at the time of delivery, unless we prove otherwise.
Timeframe to Report: - Private users: Must report the issue within 2 months of noticing the fault.
- Commercial users: Must report within 14 days of discovering the issue.

Clear photo or video evidence
Only certified ZERØ technicians are permitted to carry out repairs. Unauthorized repairs will void your warranty.
4. What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear.
- Overinflation, underinflation or improper storage.
- Degradation from sunlight/UV exposure or weather conditions.
- Punctures or tears due to misuse or accidents (e.g. placing your ice bath on, or next to a sharp object).
- Commercial use, if it's a consumer product.
- Any product modifications (altering or repairing the product in any way).
5. Warranty on Replacement Parts
When a component is replaced:
- The warranty on the entire product does not reset.
- Replacement part is covered for the remaining time of the original warranty.
- Labor costs for installing the replacement are not included.
6. Usage Guidelines & Exclusions
Improper use or failure to follow safety and care guidelines can void the warranty.
For Outdoor Ice Baths
- Below -5°C: Disconnect and store the cooling unit indoors.
- Below 1°C: Run continuously in automatic mode. Do not use timers.
What’s Not Covered:
- Rust or corrosion from coastal conditions (without preventive consultation)
- Use of additives, chemicals, or unapproved substances in the water
Transport damage if not handled by ZERØ - Poor installation or placement on unstable surfaces
- Freezing damage from neglecting cold-weather protocols
- Damage from foreign objects in the tub (glasses, sharp tools, toys, etc.)
- Environmental incidents: flooding, fires, storms, pests
- Electrical faults caused by poor wiring or non-compliant power setups
- Water damage from user negligence
- Overheating due to blocked ventilation or poor airflow
- Injuries from slipping, fainting, or other unsafe use practices
7. Limitation of Liability
ZERØ is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect use or installation. This warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or financial loss.
8. Legal Jurisdiction (EU)
Our policies are governed by Romanian law. However, as an EU consumer, your local consumer protection rights always apply.In case of disputes, you may:
- Choose the courts in your own country within the EU

ZERØ Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel completely confident with your ZERØ experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right—whether through product support, a return, or an exchange.
1. 30-Day Risk-Free Return
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if you're not satisfied with your first ZERØ product. Simply email us with your order details to begin. One of our team members will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth return process.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return under our 30-day risk-free guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- This is your first ZERØ product purchase.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product is not custom-built or personalized.
- The item is in like-new condition, with no visible damage or heavy wear.
- All original components and accessories are included.
- The product has been completely drained, cleaned, and dried.
- You still have the original packaging (pallet, wrap, and protective materials).
- The unit is securely repacked and ready for freight pickup.
- The pickup location must be accessible to a ground-level liftgate truck.
- The product must be ready for pickup within 7 days of approval.
3. Return Costs & Refunds
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We can arrange freight pickup, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If the product is not packed properly and is damaged during return transport, this may affect the final refund amount.
- If original packaging is missing, extra packing costs or transit damage may reduce your refund.
- Once your product is received and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds may be reduced for:
Excessive wear or use;
Unclean condition;
Missing parts or damage - For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
💡 Pro Tip: Keep your original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery—just in case.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us right away at contact@zerorituals.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the damage
We’ll assess the situation and arrange a repair, replacement, or part shipment as quickly as possible.
5. Exchange Policy
Need a different model? We’re happy to help with an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Keep in mind:
- You’ll be responsible for freight shipping in both directions.
- Exchanges must meet the same eligibility and packing conditions as returns.
6. US Return Policy (Simplified)
For customers in the United States:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- You must provide all original packaging and a proof of purchase.
- Used tubs or those filled with water are not eligible for return.
- No standard exchanges are available due to freight logistics, but we’ll do our best to help if you ordered the wrong item.
