If your country is not listed at checkout or if you’re unsure about delivery

    and Montenegro
  • North America – United States, Canada, Mexico

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Tub purchases: Shipping is included in the listed price for most major
    destinations.
  • Accessories: Shipping is calculated at checkout if ordered separately.
  • In some remote or restricted areas, additional shipping fees may apply. We’ll notify you before finalizing the order if that’s the case.

🛃 Customs, Duties &
Taxes

  • For international orders, local customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated

  • Accessories:2-4 weeks globally

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to
customs, local logistics, or external disruptions. We’ll keep you informed
along the way.

🛒 Order Confirmation
& Delivery Prep

After placing your order:

  1. You'll receive an order confirmation email with expected delivery timelines.
  2. About two weeks before shipment, we’ll ask you to confirm your delivery
    address and availability
    .
  3. Once confirmed, our logistics team will begin preparing your shipment.
  4. Please double-check:
  • Your shipping address
  • Your product details
  • Any special delivery instructions (e.g., restricted access, gate codes)

📦 How We Package Your Order

Your ZERØ cold tub is shipped with sustainability and safety
in mind. Packaging includes:

  • A protective pallet base
  • Secure cardboard wrapping
  • Minimal eco-conscious plastic

We’re constantly improving our packaging to reduce waste
while ensuring your tub arrives in perfect condition. Please dispose of the
packaging responsibly.

📦 When Your ZERØ Arrives

Here’s what to do when your order reaches your door:

  • Inspect the shipment for any signs of visible damage.
  • Note any issues with the delivery carrier and take photos if something
    looks wrong.
  • Unbox and inspect the product and all included components.
  • Setup usually takes just 5–10 minutes with our included manual and digital
    guide.

Please note: Our delivery partner will bring the pallet to your ground-level doorstep. They will not carry it upstairs or via elevators.

🔁 Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees, so please ensure someone is available on the scheduled date.

📦 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. This allows you to monitor the journey of your ZERØ tub in real-time.
