Where can I place my ZERØ tub at home?

Anywhere flat and solid — balcony, backyard, garage, or even indoors. If it can handle 400–500kg of weight when full, you're good to go. No plumbing needed.

Do I really need it in winter?

Yes — maybe even more. Winter enhances the ritual. With the heating upgrade,ZERØ gives you hot recovery soaks too. Cold mornings, post-training, or beforebed. One tool. All seasons.

How is ZERØ shipped?

Your tub ships on a wooden pallet via third-party freight. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get tracking info and delivery updates.



How fast is setup?

About 5 minutes. The tub and ZERØ Engine™️ connect via included fast-fit cables. Fill it, power on, and you’re ready.



How soon can I use it?

After rinsing and filling (~30 mins), the water starts chilling at ~3ºC perhour. Set your target temp, install the app, and you’re set.



How do I keep the water fresh?

A built-in ozone system + filter keeps water clean for weeks — chemical-free.Just don’t use salt or chlorine (they damage the steel).




How often should I change the filter?

About once a month, depending on use. It’s a quick, tool-free swap you can do while the system’s running.





How do I drain and refill it?

With a hose, it takes around 10 minutes to empty or fill. Add a pump for fasterflow.




How do I clean the inside?

Use a stainless steel cleaner and soft cloth. Avoid chlorine, salt, or abrasive products.






What outlet do I need?

A grounded 220V, three-prong outlet. Not sure it’s grounded? Check with a licensed electrician.
